As Co-Founder of Coconsultant, I bring extensive experience across healthcare, entrepreneurship, and real estate. With a diverse background that spans leading healthcare projects to owning and operating businesses, I specialize in operational efficiency, strategic planning, and team leadership.

I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Epic EMR. My career includes roles such as Associate Director at NYC Health+Hospitals, where I led efforts to improve patient access and operational processes, and Assistant Director at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where I managed quality improvement and program implementation. Additionally, I’ve owned and managed a beauty salon, barber shop, daycare, and real estate ventures, applying my expertise in business strategy, contracting, and team management.

Beyond my corporate and entrepreneurial roles, I’ve consulted for businesses, facilitated adult learning classes for individuals with disabilities, and mentored small business owners. This blend of healthcare, business, and operational experience enables me to guide clients in building sustainable and successful ventures.

I am passionate about transforming organizations through thoughtful leadership and strategic planning. Whether assisting with LLC formation or optimizing business operations, my goal is to help clients achieve sustainable growth and long-term success.

My career spans financial institutions, airlines, and the corporate sector, where I’ve led initiatives in leadership training, competency frameworks, and change management.

With a background in Accounting, Internal Auditing, and Organizational Management, I combine strategic insight with practical expertise. My experience allows me to balance data-driven decision-making with a people-centered approach, ensuring that financial goals and organizational culture align to foster sustainable growth.

As a partner, I work closely with consultants and SMEs to deliver tailored, actionable strategies that meet each company’s unique needs. I focus on setting businesses up for long-term success by ensuring legal compliance, optimizing operations, and crafting strategic growth plans.
