With a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Epic EMR, I have led major operational improvement initiatives at NYC Health+Hospitals and SUNY Downstate Medical Center, enhancing patient access, quality, and efficiency.

Beyond healthcare, I have owned and managed businesses in beauty, childcare, and real estate, applying hands-on skills in business strategy, team leadership, and contract management.

Through Coconsultant, I guide clients through LLC formation, operational optimization, and strategic growth planning.
